  • Physician:
    • Monday-Friday; 8a-5p
    • 2 weeks/month
  • Support: 1 RN, 2 MA s, 2 APP s
• Call: Required
• EMR System: Epic

• Certification: BC ABIM
• Fellowship: Gastroenterology
• License: Active Washington upon presentation; IMLC
• Life Certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Must be willing to be cross-credentialed
