Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care Physician (Internal Med or Family Med) to join their established outpatient practice in northeast IL.

• Full-time, employed position
• 100% outpatient
• Monday Friday, daytime hours
• No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
• Average patient load: Manageable volume to ensure quality care
• Experienced clinical and administrative team for support
• Fully integrated EMR system for streamlined documentation

• Salary range $275k-$300k, commensurate with experience
• RVU-based production incentive may be available
