Facility:

This facility is a 344-bed tertiary hospital and Level I Trauma Center with a new facility that opened in July 2023. The practice also includes a surgery center with 4 ORs, a hospital in Superior, WI with 2 ORs and 2 Endo Suites, a 165-bed facility with 11 ORs, and an Outpatient Endoscopy Center. The facility is recognized as a Top 100 Interventional Cardiac Program and Top 100 Health Grades Joint Replacement Program, and is certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities.

Opportunity: Anesthesiologist - Anesthesia

Join a well-established group of 22 anesthesiologists in a medically directed care model working with CRNAs. The practice handles approximately 2,200 cases per month across multiple facilities.

Job Details:

• Perform anesthesia services for a variety of cases including General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional
• Practice across multiple facilities including a tertiary hospital, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities
• Busy surgical schedule that includes all but transplants and pediatric hearts
• Work within a medically directed care model with CRNAs
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesia

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
