Earning potential up to $400,000+. 4 weeks PTO in year one, growing to 6 weeks with tenure. Sign on bonus possible. Relocation bonus possible. Occurrence-based malpractice coverage included. $3K+ CME allowance annually. Standard, comprehensive benefits package. Partnership track available (tenure dependent). Work alongside 2-3 Endocrinologists and 2 experienced NPs (cardiometabolic and pump-trained). Full time, 5 days/week with a half day (potentially full day) remote clinic. Minimal after-hours phone call, shared among partners. Patient load of 18-20 per day with strong referral network. Fully supported environment - Staff handles admin, scheduling, intake, and documentation.
