- Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours per week, with potential total compensation up to $500,000/year, including productivity bonuses.

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope
This practice offers a 100% outpatient setting with a focus on flexibility and patient-centered care. You will have the autonomy to select your patient mix and age group, working alongside a full spectrum of medical and surgical specialties. Benefit from weekly on-site CME opportunities and advanced resources such as Mayo Clinic eConsults and eBoards. The integration of Cerner EMR across outpatient and inpatient settings ensures seamless care delivery.
Schedule and Assignment Details
The schedule is designed to cater to your lifestyle preferences, offering flexibility in work hours. Choose between:
- Part-time or full-time engagements with the option of 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, 2-5 days a week.
- Week on/week off schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm, Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with optional Saturday 4-hour shifts.
Support and Work Environment
The role is supported by a robust care team model, providing experienced staff and comprehensive specialty backup. Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology, with eligibility within the last five years.
- Possession of an unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain one.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.
