Job Description Constellation is seeking a Data Analyst to lead the execution of bot‑driven automation in the reconciliation process. This role is responsible for configuring technical specifications for bot‑operations, monitoring performance, and verifying outputs against expected results. The analyst ensures accuracy of reconciliation outcomes, promptly flags discrepancies, and drives timely resolution. In addition to automation oversight, the role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to inform decision‑making and assess program performance. The analyst also develops queries, reports, and dashboards that convert raw data into actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Effective communication skills to present findings through reports, charts, and presentations.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation by the client agency. DHS clearance with CBP/ICE, or DoD Top‑Secret preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with federal data sets or financial/operational systems.
Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and data automation.
Ability to monitor automation performance, validate outputs, and escalade discrepancies.
Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
