About the Role
We’re hiring an Electrical Contracts Manager to join our Building Services division at Designer Group.
This is a senior delivery role with full ownership of electrical packages across multiple projects. You’ll lead programme, commercial performance and execution, managing teams on site and ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
You’ll be operating across large-scale commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects
Take full responsibility for programme, cost, quality and performance
Manage Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
Drive commercial outcomes in partnership with Quantity Surveyors
Oversee procurement of electrical subcontractors, plant and materials
Ensure works are delivered in line with design, specifications and programme
Lead technical coordination and resolve on-site challenges
Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Support forward planning and contribute to pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience in Electrical Building Services / M&E contracting
Proven track record delivering electrical scope on large-scale projects
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Experience managing xcfaprz large site teams and multiple stakeholders
Ability to drive delivery in fast-paced, high-value environments
