Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solution Designer

Our client is a global leader in Data and AI, delivering large-scale enterprise platforms across the insurance and financial services sector. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solution Designer to play a key role in shaping modern digital solutions, driving technical excellence, and leading the delivery of complex, high-impact features.

You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture and engineering—owning solution design while remaining hands-on across the full stack. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence platform direction, enable AI-driven capabilities, and mentor engineers within a collaborative, global environment.

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable software solutions
  
• Translate business requirements into secure, high-performing technical architectures
  
• Provide technical leadership with hands‑on development across the stack
  
• Drive the integration of AI and LLM-powered capabilities into core systems
  
• Champion engineering best practices, performance, and code quality
  
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and global engineering teams
  
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performing engineering culture

• Proven experience in senior-level enterprise software engineering roles
  
• Strong hands‑on expertise with:

  • .NET / Entity Framework
    
  • Python
    
  • Angular (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
    
  
  
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems
  
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations in production environments
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  
• Nice to have: familiarity with schema-driven or dynamic form frameworks (e.g. )
