Important: Significant experience in Facilities Management is an essential requirement. Operational FM experience is strongly preferred. Candidates without an FM background will not be considered.

• Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline across diverse sectors
  
• Developing client‑ready solutions grounded in real operational understanding
  
• Building strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers — through insight, not hard sell
  
• Owning your market, your pipeline, and your commercial strategy
  
• Collaborating with internal bid, operations and commercial teams
  
• Targeting sectors including pharma, life sciences, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing and professional services
  

• 
  
• Significant FM experience — this is non‑negotiable
  
• Operational FM background strongly preferred
  
• Proven ability to develop and close new business
  
• Strong understanding of service delivery, cost modelling and operational risk
  
• Cross‑sector exposure across regulated industries
  
• Confident communicator at all levels, from frontline to C‑suite
  
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
