Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs and position an appropriate Radiometer product solution.
Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and apply these skills consistently to qualify customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions. Maintain records and communications with customer base through MS Dynamics CRM tool.
Coordinate with outside field sales representatives to assist in driving revenue growth for blood gas, sampler, and IT solutions within assigned region.
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base.
Execute outbound cold‑calling initiatives: conduct targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and/or 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets.
Experience working in cross‑functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.
Resides within assigned sales region.
Location & Travel Position is remote covering the West Coast Region: California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii. 20% travel required including tradeshows, customer visits, regional business meetings, and national sales meetings.
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000. This role is eligible for incentive pay. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
