Job Description

Shriver Clinical Services is seeking an NP to join a primary care collaborative practice of MD/NPs at a long-term care residential facility that cares for about 140 adults with intellectual disabilities.  Responsible for developing medical plans of care, providing medical and preventative health care including periodic medical examinations, ordering and interpreting of imaging and laboratory tests, medical prophylaxis, treatment and follow-up for illnesses and injuries.  Must feel comfortable communicating and working closely with other interdisciplinary clinicians, off-site consulting medical providers, and guardians.
