**Join a High-Performing Sales Team**


The Lyle Group, a top-performing Allstate agency in Minnesota, is expanding our Monticello office and looking to add driven, results-oriented Licensed Sales Producers.


This is an opportunity for professionals who want a clear path to high income and take pride in turning opportunities into closed business.


Were coming off a record-setting March, where two of our producers set all-time office production records. The systems are working, the momentum is real, and the timing to join is strong.

Compensation


* Base salary: $40,000$50,000 (DOE)

* At-plan commissions: $35,000+

* Top performers consistently can earn $100,000+ annually

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging leads and prospects with confidence and urgency
  • Quoting, presenting, and closing home, auto, marine, ORV, and umbrella policies


  • Crushing individual and team sales goals


  • Earning respect, rewards, and real money for real results

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold a current Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
