This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in LaFayette, GA, with partial work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records. Effective communication and collaboration with team members will be essential for success in this role. Qualifications
Proven sales and client relationship management skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Experience in CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge or experience in home improvement or related industries is a plus
