What You Will Do
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and operation
Work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot solutions within customer‑managed AWS environments
Design and maintain infrastructure automation including CloudFormation templates, Terraform modules, Python scripts, deployment frameworks, monitoring, and self‑healing systems
Partner with software engineers to build robust monitoring, observability, and metrics systems prior to production release
Own and operate internal AWS environments and networking, balancing reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency
Participate in technical discussions with prospective customers alongside solution architects to address integration, security, and deployment considerations
Maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation covering deployments, operational processes, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering role
Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS); certification preferred
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Java or Go also acceptable)
Deep experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (CloudFormation strongly preferred)
Practical exposure to AI technologies, including machine learning and large language models
Proven ability to automate cloud‑native infrastructure and application deployments at scale
Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy)
Familiarity with microservices architectures, containerisation, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, networking concepts, and cloud security best practices
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and internal stakeholders
