Alpha Nodus is an AI-first healthcare automation company building the Gravity Platform — a workflow automation suite for outpatient diagnostic imaging centers and radiology practices. We automate prior authorizations, scheduling, eligibility verification, and revenue cycle workflows, helping imaging centers reduce denials, accelerate reimbursement, and eliminate manual work. Our customers range from 3-location independent practices to 50+ location imaging networks. The Role
You will be the first dedicated pipeline generation hire at Alpha Nodus. Your mission: build a repeatable, AI-augmented engine that delivers 20–30 qualified demo meetings per month to the CEO and future AEs. You will own the full top-of-funnel: identifying target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, qualifying inbound interest, booking demos, and representing Alpha Nodus at industry trade shows. This is not a dial-for-dollars role. You will leverage AI tools (Clay, Apollo, Claude) alongside deep healthcare industry knowledge to conduct research-driven, consultative outreach that earns meetings with decision-makers at imaging centers. Key Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting: build targeted account lists of outpatient imaging centers and radiology practices using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI research tools Qualify inbound leads from website, content marketing, trade show follow-ups, and partner referrals Book 20–30 qualified discovery/demo calls per month with practice managers, operations directors, IT leads, and physician owners Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Pipedrive: every touch logged, every deal stage updated, every qualification field complete Collaborate with CEO on messaging iteration: A/B test subject lines, sequences, value props, and objection handling Represent Alpha Nodus at 4–6 trade shows annually (RSNA, RBMA, HIMSS, regional conferences) — staff the booth, run live demos, capture leads, and follow up within 24 hours Build and maintain a library of persona-specific email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts Provide weekly pipeline reports: meetings booked, show rates, conversion rates, and top objections Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, strongly preferred in healthcare IT, RCM, radiology, or medical imaging Proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly meeting quotas (15+ qualified meetings/month) Hands-on experience with modern sales tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar Comfortable using AI tools for research, personalization, and workflow automation — you already use ChatGPT/Claude in your daily work Excellent written communication: your emails are concise, personalized, and drive action Confident and professional in-person presence for trade shows and booth conversations Familiarity with healthcare workflows: prior authorization, RIS/PACS, revenue cycle, or diagnostic imaging operations is a strong plus Self-starter who thrives with autonomy — you build your own systems rather than waiting for instructions Based in or willing to relocate to the Sunrise/Coconut Creek, FL area
