About the Opportunity
We are hiring a
Senior Data Solutions Architect
to lead the design and delivery of
modern, cloud-native data platforms on AWS . This is a high-impact role focused on enabling organizations to leverage
data as a strategic asset
through scalable
data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics solutions .
You will partner with business leaders, IT executives, and engineering teams to build
next-generation data ecosystems
that support
business intelligence, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling .
Key Responsibilities Architect and implement
end-to-end data solutions
on AWS (S3, Glue, etc.) Design
modern data platforms
including
data lakes, lakehouse, and data warehouse architectures Develop
data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
and scalable
data models Define and drive
enterprise data strategy, governance, and security frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to create
technology roadmaps and architecture blueprints Lead
data warehouse modernization and cloud migration initiatives Deliver
high-performance, cost-optimized data solutions Build
real-time and batch data processing frameworks Guide teams on
best practices in data engineering, analytics, and cloud adoption Drive
data maturity initiatives
and support
business intelligence and predictive analytics use cases Work within
P&C Insurance domain
to build data-driven capabilities Required Skills (Must-Have)
15+ years of experience in
Data Architecture / Data Engineering Strong expertise in:
Data Warehouse & Data Modeling concepts Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT) Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture
Hands-on experience with:
AWS (S3, Glue) Snowflake Apache Iceberg
Experience designing
cloud-native data platforms Deep understanding of:
Data Governance & Data Security Enterprise Data Architecture
Experience with
real-time & batch data processing frameworks Strong collaboration with
Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams •
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Databricks / Apache Spark Exposure to
Kafka or streaming technologies Experience with
NoSQL databases (key-value, document stores) Knowledge of
AWS SageMaker (ML/AI workloads) Experience with
Data Mesh and Data Products architecture Background in
Insurance (Property & Casualty preferred)
