A growing and fast-scaling company is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations while driving key infrastructure and systems initiatives. In this role, you will oversee service desk operations, manage a team of IT Support staff, and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues across a multi-site environment. You will also lead IT projects as needed. This is a hands-on, technical management role, and not a high-level “above the work” type of career. Requirements: 6+ years of Windows administration experience, including M365, AD, Intune, SCCM, and Azure. 3+ years of experience leading technical support teams. Experience managing service desk operations and ticketing systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations. Experience with IT project management. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendors/stakeholders.
