Overview The Access Quality & Insights (AQI) team supports Fortune 500 Telecom client’s Access Operations and Engineering groups by analyzing field trials, surfacing customer and network impacts, and building self‑service executive reporting. This role is ideal for an early‑career analyst (1–2 years of experience preferred) or a recent graduate who enjoys working with large datasets, telling compelling data stories, and supporting high‑visibility operational initiatives.
You will work closelywith analysts, engineers, and subject matterexperts to deliverfast‑moving ad hoc analysis as well as longer‑term reporting used by senior leadership. Curiosity, ownership, and collaborative problem‑solving are core expectations for this team.
Responsibilities
Query and analyze largedatasets using SQL and/or Python.
Build data visualizations and tell clear,concise stories with your findings.
Support quick‑turnaround ad hoc analysisfor field trials.
Develop repeatable, scalable executive dashboards and metrics.
Scope requests, identify what’s feasiblewithin given timelines, and communicate progress and trade‑offs.
Manage work and requestsvia Jira/Kanban.
Contribute to team‑wide improvements: documentation, process refinement, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate frequently — raise blockers early and leverageSMEs across the team.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in SQL and/orPython for data manipulation and analysis.
Foundation in data visualization and data storytelling.
Strong communication skills, including comfortpresenting to stakeholders.
Ability to manage time, clarify requirements, and deliver withintight timelines.
Ownership mindset— eagerness to take responsibility for deliverables.
Drive to learn new technologies and overall curiosityto continue growingand contributing to the team
Nice to Have:
1–2 years of experience in a data analyst role (or strong project/internship experience)
Familiarity with Tableau (trainingavailable if needed).
Experience using Jira or similar tools.
Charter Interview Process: One 30-minute Webex interview and one onsite interview
Team Structure You’ll join a 9‑person team, including otheranalysts and senior/principal engineers who serveas subject‑matter experts for network concepts, data interpretation, and technical review
