Summary The Ash Group is hiring a
Data Engineer
for our client, one of the largest private credit providers in the US agricultural economy. This is a 6-12-month contract working remotely in the Denver metro area ( Must be located in CO ) offering a pay rate of
$74
per hour based on skillset.
Compensation: $74/hr

Duration: 6-12-month contract
Location: Remote within CO (Must reside in CO)
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be designing and implementing modern Lakehouse architectures using some AWS managed services, open table formats(Iceberg) and compute running in our EKS/Argowf environments.
What We’re Looking For
4-5 years of recent experience within data engineering / AWS is a must as a software engineer not DBA.
Must have an understanding of Data modeling concepts.
AWS Lakehouse Architecture Expertise required.
Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks is required.
Experience with DataOps practices and CI/CD for data pipelines is nice to have.
Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
