Position Overview:
The Cloud Advisor will lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance hosting solutions using advanced Cloud Technologies. This role sits within the Infrastructure Managed Services group, focusing on legacy transformation and driving next-generation business outcomes for the Products industry sector. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Develop and implement cloud strategies to optimize infrastructure operations. Lead the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud services management. Provide expert guidance on account delivery management to enhance client satisfaction. Provide lead support during major incidents and maintain critical client relationships. Own overall delivery for a broad spectrum of services including Azure, Nutanix, VMware, SQL, and AIX/Linux/Windows environments. Top 3 Required Skills: IT Infrastructure Operations (Master Level) – 8+ years Cloud Services Management (Expert Level) – 6+ years Account Delivery Management – 5+ years Additional Desired Skills: Azure IaaS and PaaS / Synapse Virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, Azure Local) Backup and Storage Management OS Administration (AIX, Linux, Windows) Ideal Candidate Profile:
