Site Foreperson

Location: Dublin

Project: Major residential scheme (20 duplex units + 60-unit apartment block)

They are delivering a landmark residential development in Dublin, combining modern duplex homes with a multi‑story apartment block. To ensure successful delivery, we are seeking a versatile Forepersonwho can take ownership of both the duplex construction and the concrete frame/groundworks for the apartments.

As Foreperson, you will be responsible for leading site operations across two key phases:

• 
  
• Duplexes: Built using Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF)
  
• Apartments: Delivered via in situ concrete frame with slabs/wide slabs + screed
  

You will oversee day‑to‑day site activities, manage trades, ensure programme adherence, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

• 
  
• Full responsibility for delivery of duplexes and apartment block frame/groundworks
  
• Manage site operations independently, reporting to the Construction Project Manager
  
• Coordinate civils, drainage, and procurement activities
  
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, including temporary works and excavation permits
  
• Drive quality assurance across all phases
  
• Potential to transition into finishing foreperson role for apartments
  

• 
  
• Strong trade background (carpentry preferred)
  
• Proven experience with ICF construction and concrete frames
  
• Civils/drainage experience (advantage)Ability to read and interpret construction programmes
  
• Procurement knowledge
  
• Strong focus on quality and safety standards

• Lead delivery of a flagship Dublin development
  
• Autonomy and responsibility across multiple phases of construction
  
• Work with a supportive management team
  
• Career progression into finishing and apartment delivery roles
