Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a construction project based in Westport.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of site operations, managing teams and subcontractors while delivering a high-quality project safely, on time, and within budget.

• 
  

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion

  
  

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

  
  

• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

  
  

• Monitor site progress, quality, and programme schedules

  
  

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

  
  

• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders

  
  

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project on track

  
  

• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications

  
  

• 
  

• 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role or similar

  
  

• Strong background in construction site management

  
  

• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site

  
  

• Excellent organisation and leadership skills

  
  

• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland

  
  

• Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland
