Key Projects: You will have the opportunity to work on projects such as: Large-scale residential developments incorporating energy-efficient electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
Modern commercial office spaces with integrated power, lighting, and data systems.
Mixed-use buildings combining residential and commercial elements, including sustainable electrical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the electrical design of MEP systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for commercial and residential buildings.
Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and structural engineers.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery from concept through to completion.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in electrical design for commercial/residential projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP electrical design standards, codes, and building regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, or similar design software.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
