We work with high-growth companies to plan, execute, and scale creator-led advertising campaigns that drive measurable revenue.

Since 2017, we’ve helped over 250 brands invest more than $130 million into YouTube creators, delivering over 30,000 sponsored integrations. Our clients include companies like Squarespace, Honey, Skillshare, Function of Beauty, and Headspace, where we’ve helped build and scale influencer programs responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in trackable sales.

Operating from Galway, Ireland, we’ve spent the past decade building one of the most established agencies in the YouTube sponsorship space — supporting both disruptive brands and thousands of creators globally.

In 2026, we launched a new initiative alongside the agency: a Foundation focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged communities worldwide. We are committing 33% of profits to this mission, with the goal of deploying tens of millions of dollars over the coming years.

We are now hiring a Managing Director to lead Centus into its next phase of growth.

The Managing Director will take full ownership of Centus’ day-to-day operations, revenue growth, and team performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be responsible for running the business — improving how we structure and sell creator partnerships, driving revenue, and building a high‑performance team. You will work closely with the founder but operate with full autonomy in the day‑to‑day. xcfaprz

This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of a proven business, materially improve how it operates and grows, and play a key role in building a company that channels its success into meaningful global impact through our Foundation.

• Experience operating within a high-performance environment (top agency, startup, or company known for excellence), with a clear understanding of what “great” looks like in practice
  
• Proven track record of: Building or improving repeatable, scalable processes, driving revenue growth and commercial outcomes, leading teams and projects end‑to‑end with full ownership
  
• Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong instinct for quality and a low tolerance for average work
  
• Strong strategic thinking and business development ability, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, executable plans
  
• Commercially sharp, with a deep understanding of how to structure, position, and sell value
  
• Hands‑on operator mindset — comfortable being in the detail, not just directing from above
  
• High level of ownership and accountability, with a bias toward action and problem‑solving
