Your Role : Learning Strategy & Program Development
  • Design, update, and manage learning programs aligned with current and future business needs for management and operational roles.

  • Identify development gaps using performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data, and recommend targeted learning solutions.

  • Contribute to leadership development initiatives and support succession planning for critical roles.

Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Work closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal partners to analyze training needs and priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers by supporting development discussions and recommending appropriate learning paths and tools.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders based on collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.

Learning Design & Delivery
  • Develop engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles (andragogy), including classroom training, workshops, and micro‑learning formats.

  • Facilitate training sessions and lead working sessions or co‑creation workshops as required.

  • Design short, impactful learning content (including video‑based micro‑learning) tailored to frontline and management audiences.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using defined success indicators and feedback mechanisms.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing programs and continuously improve the learning offer.

  • Stay current on best practices in learning and development and apply them to program design and delivery.

The Qualifications we're looking for :
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Solid experience in learning and development, training, or talent development.

  • Ability to analyze development needs and design practical learning solutions.

  • Experience with Articulate360.

  • Experience working with managers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.

  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning approaches.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

  • Autonomous, collaborative, and results‑oriented.
