Asset Management

  • Good knowledge of wind energy projects including Wind turbine components, Power evacuation system, and Research capability for reviewing Project performance.
  • Conduct Due Diligence of Operational Wind projects, including reporting, for Clients such as IPPs, Lenders etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of Project Reports
  • Should possess knowledge of different Contracts in Wind projects such as O&M contract, Supply Contract, Shared services contract etc.
  • Review contracts and cost estimates regarding Wind Energy Projects
  • Should have knowledge of PPAs and State wise Policies pertaining to wind and solar projects.
  • As required, Co-ordinate the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, or repair activities in Wind Projects.
  • Review Wind project’s operational data, Root cause analysis reports, Turbine Retrofit records, and reports to evaluate project performance and conduct Cost-benefit analysis.
  • Prepare Quotations and detailed Techno commercial Proposals.
  • Co-ordinate and Conduct Wind turbine Audits and Prepare reports.
  • Clearly understand Client requirement, prepare, present, and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients.
  • Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.
  • Consult or negotiate with customers to prepare project specifications.
  • Preparation of budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  • Business Development and Market Research for RE consultancy services.
  • Lead sales campaigns at expos and technical workshops.
  • Network within communities to find and attract new business.

Drone based Inspection Service

  • Build and develop Drone based Inspection Services.
  • Co-ordinate with Drone OEMs for procurement, shortlisting, and after sales activities.
  • Handle experienced and certified Drone Pilots in Drone Inspection Projects in Renewables and Non-Renewables field.
  • Experience and track record in Drone data capture and preparation of analysis reports.
  • Knowledge on DGCA compliances and drone policy guidelines issued by Government of India is Must.
  • Evaluation and Procurement of latest Drones for Inspection, Survey.
  • Check drones before a flight to ensure safe and proper operation.
  • Analyse weather forecasts to ensure safe flights.
  • Document pre- and post-flight logs.
  • Monitor drones during flight.
  • Plan drone flight routes and if required, co-ordinate with Drone pilots to navigate drones along designated paths.
  • Gather information or produce aerial photographs, as needed.
  • Oversee Drone equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Pre & Post processing of Drone data and CAD compilation.

HSE

  • Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
  • Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
Work Experience
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in related area
  • At least 3 years of experience as Project Leader
  • Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
