5-7 years of proven ability to develop and close
new
agency and advertiser accounts in the advertising/media/related vendor space. Significant expertise in advertising technology - social (Facebook, YouTube) and programmatic markets (DSP / OTT/CTV, Data / DMP / CDP utilization). Strong communication and relationship skills to win and grow business from established accounts. Lead and manage a regional sales team. Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising and marketing communications (brand-driven, response-driven, promotion-driven, etc.). Knowledge of the structure and priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.). Demonstrated ability to execute a solution sales approach. Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business. Effective interface with internal management and C-level executives. Experience developing budgets and managing revenue KPIs. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
