Compensation:
Base salary + commission, uncapped earning potential
401(k):

Time Off:
Paid U.S. federal holidays + 4 bonus days + 10 days PTO
Stipends:

Schedule and Location
Location : Field sales in Central NY; minimal remote admin work

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Map your route, run ~15 on‑site visits, and book work
Light admin and prep from your home; log notes and metrics in our software
Daily 15‑min team check‑in; end of day review with owner; bi‑weekly meetings w/coach; quarterly virtual national sales training

— eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook

— comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
