Basic Qualifications • 8 years of experience in enterprise network environments supporting 24x7 operations. • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise switching (Layer 2 & Layer 3). • Working knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN topologies and platforms, routing protocols, DNS/DHCP, IPAM, multicast, VRF, QoS, and segmentation concepts. • Foundational scripting or automation experience (Python or comparable tools) preferred. • Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments. • Knowledge of STP, VRFs, multicast, QoS, high-availability protocols (HSRP/VRRP), and network segmentation. • Experience participating in incident response and remediation activities. • Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred. • Familiar with standard monitoring protocols, including SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and more. Preferred Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). xywuqvp • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, LMCP, Aruba, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5, etc.). • Training or exposure to Incident Management or structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Kepner-Tregoe). Must have CCNA/CCNP Python or scripting language will be a plus as it will help with transformations Hands on role- design, configure, trouble shooting
