The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Operate Haas VF2, VF10, and GR510 gantry CNC machines
Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure tight tolerances and clean finishes
Monitor tool wear and notify leadership when adjustments are needed
Maintain machine cleanliness and organization — like it’s your dream car
Support continuous improvement through fixture updates and smarter tooling
Communicate process concerns or improvements to the CNC Production Manager
Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and engineers to hit production targets

What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ years of CNC milling machine experience (preferably Haas)
Understanding of tool wear and machine behavior during runtime
Ability to inspect machined parts for burrs, tool marks, and finish quality
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership over your work
Clear communication and willingness to escalate problems before acting
A mindset of caring for machines like high-performance vehicles
Preferred:
Familiarity with Inventor CAM
Experience in a production manufacturing environment
Interest in growing into advanced roles (setup, programming, 5-axis, or extrusion operations)

Pay Range:
