The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of the Technical Office, leading a growing portfolio of engineering projects and making sure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
You won’t just track projects — you’ll drive them forward.
- Own and manage multiple engineering projects end-to-end
- Build and maintain project plans, governance, and RAID logs
- Coordinate across Engineering, PMO, Operations, and external partners
- Act as the go-to person for project status and decision-making
- Bring structure, clarity, and pace to a busy, operational environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver complex engineering projects with real operational impact
- Work closely with OEMs and suppliers (e.g. fleet and charging partners)
- Align stakeholders across departments and resolve cross-functional challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and processes
- Support major transformation initiatives, including electrification
What We’re Looking For
This role suits someone who is:
- An engineer with strong project delivery experience
- Comfortable working in transport, automotive, utilities, or industrial environments
- Proven in delivering projects to time, cost, and quality
- Strong with stakeholders — able to influence, challenge, and communicate clearly
- Practical, organised, and able to bring structure to complex situations
You’ll likely have
- An engineering background (mechanical, electrical or similar)
- Experience managing technical projects in a live operational setting
- Solid project management capability (planning, governance, change control)

Location & Requirements
- Based in Broadstone, Dublin (with travel across sites)
- Occasional out-of-hours and limited international travel
- Full driving licence required and access to own transport
