Benefit Advisor- Client Support & Financial Protection

The Mitchell & Mitchell Agencies are seeking motivated and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Benefit Advisors. In this Role, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about protecting their family's future.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, our advisors focus on education, needs-based recommendations, and long-term relationship building.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Meet with clients to review their current benefit coverage and financial protection needs.
• Educate individuals and families on available programs and options.
• Help clients customize plans that align with their goals and budgets.
• Provide ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up as needed.
