Position overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on revenue generation. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and managing the Sales and Marketing team to achieve company sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
Manage strategic client engagements and participate in client presentations and negotiations.
Oversee the corporate website development process. Set goals to develop, manage, and optimize our website, including working with in-house design and development teams and outside contractors.
Run content strategy to improve organic traffic.
Manage Social Media strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
Perform ongoing budget and ROI reporting, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the IT/software development industry.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in managing and motivating a sales and marketing team.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media, PPC, etc.
Knowledge of working with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Experience with B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Experience with CRM systems (Creatio, HubSpot), GA4, Buffer, Ahrefs, LiveChat etc.
