Senior Project Manager

Our client is a global developer and manufacturer of branded therapeutics based in Dublin, looking for a Senior Project Manager who will manage technical projects for the site ramp up through a matrix of cross functional groups.

• Providing guidance on activities related to tactical projects and business needs and will be responsible for project planning and management along with all activities needed for ramp up in accordance with design requirements.
  
• Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving through collaboration with other technical team members.
  
• Monitoring project results against requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  
• Solving technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible.
  
• Providing support to the engineering team for oversight and coordination of work performed by outside contractors.
  
• Providing timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management.
  
• Participating in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule
  
• Manage project to increase capacity to enable the site needs for parallel manufacturing, Assess existing freeze dryers and autoclave capacity.
  
• Implementation of a new CIP system, medium and long term, to replace current manual process
  
• Review and update of piping in manufacturing to reduce possible contamination. xcfaprz
  
• Develop, implement and monitor training plan for the site.
  

• 
  
• Degree in a relevant field required
  
• Project management certification is an advantage
  
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working as a Project Manager on GMP projects
  
• Facility engineering design experience
  
• Managing and/or influencing cross-functional teams
