Technical Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative who’s ready to make an impact — someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to help shape the future of sustainable water management solutions at Wavin.

We’re looking for a highly driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team in Ireland. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will champion our full product portfolio, convert enquiries into orders and develop strong relationships across the construction ecosystem.

You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence within specialist distribution networks, targeting new merchant branches, and delivering first-class training to ensure Wavin products are front-of-mind and first-choice.

• Convert enquiries into orders across all key sectors
  
• Build and manage a strong, high-quality project pipeline
  
• Identify and win new business opportunities
  
• Develop strong relationships with Builders Merchants, Contractors & Installers
  
• Deliver CPD sessions and technical product training
  
• Target and onboard new merchant stockists
  
• Grow sales in existing branches and introduce additional product ranges
  
• Implement marketing initiatives and sales promotions

• Based in Leinster
  
• Experience within a market-leading manufacturing environment—ideally building products or construction
  
• A proven track record in sales into Builders Merchants (4 years minimum ideally)
  
• Confident communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
  
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  
• A solid network of relevant industry contacts
  
• A relevant degree would be desirable
