Key Responsibilities
Configure and support routers, switches, and wireless access points
Deploy and manage Meraki network appliances (Meraki MX, MR, MS devices using Meraki Dashboard)
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity issues
Manage and coordinate with ISPs and vendors across multiple sites
Monitor network uptime, performance, and recurring issues
Manage and maintain 50+ enterprise printers (Xerox/HP/Canon), including configuration, connectivity, scanning workflows, consumables, and uptime
Act as a technical contact for branch teams during outages
Document configurations, processes, and issue resolution
Basic Requirements
2+ years of hands‑on network configuration experience
Strong working knowledge of networking protocols and services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT
Experience with Meraki Dashboard or similar network platforms
Experience supporting enterprise printers (Xerox, HP, Canon) in a multi‑site environment
Experience with ISPs, vendors, and multi‑site coordination
Preferred Skills
CCNA, Network+, or A+
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience supporting multi‑site, distributed retail or branch environments, or new site launches
Work Environment
Travel: 20‑30% (branch support, deployments)
Schedule: Occasional after‑hours/weekend support for outages
Most work will be on site in Fulton, MD or in the field supporting branch locations. Some flexibility to work from home may be available, based on performance and business needs.
