FP&A Analyst

A leading global investment manager is building out its Finance team and this role sits right at the centre of it.

This is not a back-office reporting role. It’s a commercial, forward-looking FP&A seat with real visibility to senior leadership and direct involvement in decision making.

• 
  
• Own monthly financial dashboards for senior management
  
• Analyse revenue, cost drivers and KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy
  
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting and strategic initiatives
  
• Build financial models to support product expansion and growth decisions
  
• Work cross-functionally with Risk, Strategy and HR on firm wide projects
  
• Support financial reporting as required

• 4+ years FP&A experience (financial services preferred)
  
• Strong Excel (VBA / macros a plus) and analytical skillset
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
  
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
