Warehouse Manager

We’re excited to be partnering with a fast‑growing 3PL business supporting some of the most exciting brands. As the operation continues to scale, they’re now looking for a highly capable Warehouse Manager to take ownership of all warehouse functions and drive operational excellence across the site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially minded warehouse professional who enjoys taking full responsibility for people, processes and performance. You’ll oversee goods‑in, stock control, pick/pack, goods‑out, inventory integrity, client onboarding and warehouse systems, ensuring the operation runs smoothly, efficiently and with exceptional accuracy.

• Lead all warehouse functions, including goods‑in, stock control, pick/pack, despatch and returns
  
• Manage and develop team leads, stock controllers, operatives and temporary staff to ensure high performance
  
• Own warehouse KPIs across accuracy, productivity, service levels and cost control
  
• All movements are accurate, timely and correctly recorded in the WMS
  
• Support and oversee client onboarding, ensuring customers are set up correctly, and operational requirements are aligned
  
• Collaborate with customer service, transport, and commercial teams to deliver seamless service
  

• 
  
• 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse Manager position with a fast‑paced 3PL or any other logistics business. (non‑negotiable)
  
• Solid understanding of building warehouse operations across goods‑in, pick/pack, stock and dispatch.
  
• Strong people leadership skills, able to coach, motivate and build a high‑performing team
  
• Confident using WMS/ERP systems (Mintsoft experience helpful but not essential)
  
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
  
• Self‑starter mindset, able to take ownership of the warehouse and run it like your own
