Site Manager

Salary -up to €80k plus benefits package

Permanent Position

Our client is an award winning, multi‑disciplinary building contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

You will be based on a residential apartment development in Drogheda. This is a permanent position which will continue over the next 2 years.

• 
  
• Day‑to‑day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
  
• Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work
  
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely and successful completion
  

• 
  
• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or xcfaprz a trade background
  
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, environmental and building regulations
  
• Self‑driven and results‑oriented with a positive outlook
