2-5 years Responsibility Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain's novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub. Experience Content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience. 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).
