The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at managing multiple technical SEO workflows, from executing technical checks to tackling daily issues that arise.
We’re looking for someone who can effectively communicate SEO concepts to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that complex ideas translate into actionable insights.

Required SEO Experience:
Schema/structured data (experience with ecommerce schema is a plus)
Crawling optimization (experience with large-scale sites, 2m+ URLs is preferred)
Indexing audits and troubleshooting
Canonicalization, clustering, and duplication management
Internationalization strategies and hreflang implementation
Information architecture and internal linking optimization
Managing Robots.txt directives
Core web vitals and page experience improvements
XML sitemaps deployment and optimization at scale
Ensuring desktop/mobile parity and user behavior analysis
Dynamic rendering and working with JavaScript frameworks from an SEO perspective
Performance analysis utilizing Google Search Console and integrating 3rd party data sources
Proficient in using Chrome Developer Tools
SEO Tools & Platforms Experience:
Ability to extract actionable insights from crawling tools and competitive analysis platforms such as Lumar, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, SimilarWeb, AWR, etc.
Advanced skills with MS Excel and Google Sheets (experience with large datasets, SQL, Python is a plus)
Expert in Google Search Console to analyze data and troubleshoot effectively
Experience with BigQuery, Tableau, Data Studio, CDNs, and APIs is advantageous
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and apply solutions to enhance crawl efficiency and organic visibility.
Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, and content to integrate SEO best practices into website architecture and migrations.
Anayze large datasets using various tools to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and optimize strategies focused on site speed, mobile usability, schema implementation, and core web vitals.
Utilize enterprise tools to monitor and resolve technical SEO challenges at scale.
Contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture through documentation and mentoring peers.
Stay informed on industry trends and algorithm updates, proactively adapting strategies as necessary.
