About CompFly AI
CompFly is building the security layer for the autonomous AI era; real-time defense for AI agents that act, decide, and operate on behalf of humans inside enterprise environments. As autonomous agents become the new compute primitive, CompFly ensures enterprises can trust what those agents do. We are a small team that moves fast and builds things that matter.
The Role
We are looking for a product-minded Frontend Software Engineer who cares deeply about craft and wants to shape how security teams interact with next-generation AI systems. You will own the front-end surface of CompFly's platform; from design systems and component libraries to live threat dashboards and agent observability consoles. You think in systems, ship beautiful and functional interfaces, and believe great UX is a genuine competitive advantage in enterprise security.
What You'll Do
Architect and build CompFly's front-end platform; design systems, component libraries, and core UI infrastructure used across all products. Lead UX design and implementation for security dashboards, agent telemetry visualizations, and threat intelligence interfaces. Collaborate directly with product, ML, and backend teams to translate complex agentic threat data into clear, actionable interfaces. Define front-end performance standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and design token systems. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from security practitioners and enterprise customers. Document design patterns and front-end standards to raise the bar across the team.
What We're Looking For
3-8 years of experience building production-grade web applications with React (TypeScript required). Strong product design sensibility, comfortable moving from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, pixel-precise UI without a dedicated designer. Experience building and maintaining design systems (Storybook, Figma-to-code workflows, or similar). Proficiency with real-time, data-heavy application state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar). Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Vega, or similar) for building security or observability dashboards. Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Nice to Have
Prior experience building enterprise security, SOC, or observability dashboards. UX research experience; user interviews, usability testing, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks. Some exposure to Rust or Go for backend context when designing API contracts.
Why CompFly
You will have outsized ownership from day one, working directly with leadership on a product that sits at the frontier of AI and security. Your design decisions will shape how enterprise security teams experience the autonomous AI era. We offer competitive salary, meaningful equity, full benefits, home office stipend, and a remote-first culture built on trust and impact. xywuqvp Annual Salary: $100,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
