2+ years of experience

Industry-

Industrial settings. Bearing, OEM, steel mills, power transmission companies.

Experience working in a machine shop setting- willing to get hands dirty

Experience with driveshafts, motors, engines, heavy duty equipment & machines

Mechanical interest

Metal machining experience

Experience with sales and engineering personal- able to assist in project coordination.

Able to explain technical details to customers

Experience using parts catalogs, diagrams, and manuals to identify components.

Have used basic hand tools and measurement devices- tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.

Able to read technical drawings and understand measurements-

metric & imperial units

Good communication/Customer service skills-

ability to explain technical concepts to customers- mainly email support, some phone

Computer skills- MS office
