Key Performance Objectives:
Build and Foster Strong Business Relationships
- Coach and manage Field Employees while delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our Clients.
Grow Sales
- Actively prospect, cold call, and canvass within your designated territory to manage existing Clients as well as develop new business opportunities.
Commitment to Safety
- Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and diligently review safety checklists to ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
Ensure Client Satisfaction
- Carry out regular check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to gauge satisfaction and address any issues promptly to achieve thorough resolutions.
Collaborate with Colleagues
- Share best practices, foster an environment of learning, and maintain open lines of communication and transparency with all team members for optimal operations.
Position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The salary for this position is $60,000, plus eligibility for commissions based on performance under the applicable commission plan.
Our Total Rewards package includes: annual salary with uncapped commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company-matched 401(k), paid vacation, sick time, holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, short-term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
