Coordinate sales teams Acquire new customers Analyze and report Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Process sales orders fulfilment accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring production, logistics, finance, and all required documentation is complete. Maintain sales records and update customer databases with relevant information. Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing. Assist in the preparation of bi‑weekly sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders. Share market feedback and customer insights with Sales Director and Marketing team. Facilitating and managing product sample testing to end‑user customers. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing product information, pricing details, delivery schedule, and order status updates. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Follow up with clients to confirm order details, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements
Education
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Cannabis Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with the cannabis industry is essential to understand Juāna’s unique challenges, regulations, and target audience. Knowledge of products, strains, consumption methods, and current market trends can be valuable. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive problem‑solving skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace. Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and the legal landscape. Ability to travel as needed. Job Details
