We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of online strategies, SEO, content creation, social media, and digital advertising. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving traffic to our website. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking software. Create and manage content for digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement. Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings. Develop email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, segmentation, and analyzing campaign results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
