* Prepare and dispense medications by measuring, counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
* Process prescription orders accurately, including entering patient and prescription data into pharmacy systems
* Assist pharmacists and healthcare providers by gathering necessary information and supporting workflow efficiency
* Prepare and compound medications (including IV admixtures and sterile products) following hospital protocols and USP standards
* Process medication orders from electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) with accuracy and urgency
* Deliver medications to patient care areas, including automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) and nursing units
* Maintain medication inventory by restocking, tracking controlled substances, and monitoring expiration dates
* Support medication safety initiatives, including double-checks, labeling, and documentation
* Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure timely and safe medication delivery
* Comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and local, state, and federal regulations

* High school diploma or equivalent -
* Current California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
* Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician in an acute care hospital setting -
* Proficiency with pharmacy software -

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
