Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Software Developer (also open to Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Principal Developer profiles) to design, build, and lead scalable backend systems while guiding a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and support a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices across development, code quality, and system design. Alongside hands‑on coding, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements and deliver robust backend solutions.
The role also involves contributing to architecture decisions, improving development processes, and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and high‑performing. Strong communication with stakeholders will be important to align technical delivery with business needs. xcfaprz
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience building and scaling backend systems
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide engineering teams
- Solid understanding of modern development practices and system design
