Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering / Design professional for a site-based secondment role in the Cork region. This is a fully site-based position requiring daily onsite attendance.

• Hold an Electrical or Instrumentation & Control (I&C) qualification
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and design
• Have proven experience in electrical design within an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing environment
• Possess experience in vendor engagement and coordination
• Have experience supporting medium-scale projects
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Maintain strong knowledge of technical compliance requirements
• Be familiar with quality standards applicable to API facilities

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical electrical design and project delivery, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical operational culture and technologies, demonstrate sound electrical design principles, and have experience preparing and managing electrical design deliverables. xcfaprz Strong vendor coordination skills and experience managing electrical upgrade projects are essential.
