Krispy Kreme is looking for two experienced Shift Managers to lead the manufacturing operations and drive performance on shift.


This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take full accountability for safety, quality, productivity and people performance. As the most senior leader on site in the absence of the Country Manager, you will ensure the shift runs smoothly from start to finish.


Shift Pattern:

Our Manufacturing site is open from 5am until 2am daily. Our doughnuts are made fresh daily on site – we are therefore looking for a Shift Manager who is flexible to work between these hours on a 9‑hour shift, 5 days a week for 45 hours a week any day Monday to Sunday.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Safety & Compliance



  • Leading an accident‑free, food‑safe culture
  • Ensuring full H&S, Food Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Maintaining audit readiness and equipment standards

Quality & Performance

  • Delivering consistent product quality to Krispy Kreme standards
  • Driving HDI performance and continuous improvementManaging labour, yield, waste and COGS control
  • Ensuring OTIF and production targets are achieved

People Leadership

  • Leading, coaching and developing your team
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and training compliance
  • Conducting 1-2-1s and driving engagement
  • Partnering with HR on ER matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Food manufacturing or bakery experience
  • Leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing
  • Strong people management capability
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • IT literate with strong communication and numeracy skills
